impossible step to open

a supplier sent me a step, from two different locations after over 1 hour I still couldn't open it.

allego the file, any good soul wants to try to open it?
maybe even save it in inventor format if I don't ask too:biggrin:

look we have the same problem with customer steps, the solution.... let inventor open the evening before we go away and if we are lucky the next day the file is opened.... .

some improvement by not joining the surfaces and removing the flag from wire, then I program and launch the opening of the file in the evening and in the morning I find it ready.

I opened it without problems with 2014, you did not let install the old rel. ?
It's not a definitive solution, but at least you don't go crazy.

techno solved! the problem was given by 4 custom colors , we tried to open step from a virgin version took 2 minutes,
try to remove custom colors and do a test :finger:
