increase window defaul size "select file"

when I have to open a new file with autocad lt 2010, in the window opening with the list of all files I can never view the full title of the dwg file name.

How can I do to fix this inconvenience?

b) uses shorter names

It's about 60 characters, I know it's a lot, but we can't shorten them, and the part I care about is at the end of the name...
I can't have to spread the column all the time!
if it is possible I would like to find a system to block it by adapting it to file names.. .

is a problem of windows autocad has nothing to do with

but not even in the resource explorer window they enter us, at any time.
Anyway... the opening dialogue is resizeable, but the width is not stored between different acad sessions.
means that within the same session (if you do not close autocad) the greatness of the dialogue remains that and you do not need to enlarge it again. If this value is recorded somewhere I don't know, but at least if you don't open up every time autocad a bit of fighting shelter you can have it.

you could quietly open the file directly from the resource explorer folder, without having to do the ride from autocad every time.
