I have recently graduated in mechanical engineering (specialized degree) and I have started the job search for a couple of weeks. My first impression unfortunately is negative. I did 4/5 interviews in different agencies and two interviews in companies. both talks did not go well because the first was a no directed the second perhaps I interpret as a no. my questions are addressed to companies that deal with design since my specialization is precisely in design. I was in two technical offices, small and medium-sized companies. in those conditions if you are smart you make your presence feel very much but you have to be quite transverse even with technical skills.

I hardly share at all. abroad work is very different. in Anglo-Saxon countries the quality of work is much better.
