Here are the files. I did a control of interference and to tell the truth they form on the edge of junction between the two cutting surfaces, but they are really microscopic. The same thing happens in both sheet and surface mode.
I add that with the method of the sheet it is possible to assign a factor k = 1 (practically the external skin) and print in scale 1:1 the development of the tube in order to be able to trace it quickly if you do not have an automatic cut.

By the way, even proe makes you a very small interference on the line of where the support changes from inside to outside?

no interference, there is a point where you notice the change, in correspondence of the dial.
but not known excess or missing material.
same situation with elliptical tube.
But we are a bit "ciumprugliando" ... this is the inventor section.
Anyway, it feels weird that inventor doesn't.
I could do it with think design 4 years ago...

I see that the profile is almost identical and if (in swx) the analysis of the interferences are found in correspondence of the edge for a volume of 1.8 mm3.
I try proe tonight and see what they do.
