level on tilted wall

in my work to report on revit, I have a house that develops on p.t. with garage and p.1 the civil dwelling that is reached with an external staircase. I wanted to create on the two side walls of the scale, 1 meter high, a step that must then follow the sloped trend of this parapet of the scale. I've done so many attempts, but I'm not succeeding.
Could anyone help me?

Unfortunately as a beginner, for now only so, more or less, I managed to get what I wanted.
because even if I create a profile, on the railing I always charge it horizontally and not tilted as it is the wall of the staircase. Is there a way to give him another direction instead? another trend?
