@cacciatorino, you're right I should have presented better the problem and boundary conditions.
the choice to place the electric actuator in that position is linked to the geometric constraints that there are, in practice a reinforced concrete beam that represents the only point where to anchor the hinge bracket of the actuator.
I am now trying to work on a solution with the actuator in a more favorable position, considering that, as someone observed, it would be oversized also the hinge, but as already the trapdoor is existing and has 2 hinges to weld of steel (black robe, forgive me the blacksmiths but it is not to diminish their work, but to make to understand what kind of hinge it is)....

I go back to writing about this subject after 2 weeks.
I solved the problem with an actuator placed near the hinge, about 120 mm from the hinge, actuator pushing vertically... we mounted everything and it works smoothly...I put the 2d schema of the application..thanks for the help! !
