pack&go can mess up in the sense that it takes behind unwanted files or that while saved are not loaded correctly, but if you have the h15 axieme in the copy folder and the h15 axieme in the original folder you can not change one and find the change in the other because they are two separate files.
we summarize:
there are 2 folders : original (simplified in or) and copy (simplified in cop)
the axieme h15(or) has, hypothetically, inside part 1 (or), 2(or), 3 (or)
the axieme h15(cop) has, hypothetically, inside part 1 (cop), 2(cop), 3 (cop)

deleting part 2 from the axieme h15(cop) not possible to be eliminated also by the axieme h15(or).
questions to which please answer clearly and circumstantially:
1 Did you look at the list of references when you opened and deleted the part from the h15 file? fall and post a screenshot
2 do two different folders exist for original files and copied files? put the screnshot of both sideways

final solution:
make a zipped pack&go of the axieme h18 you're editing.
delete all the contents of the folder
decomprimi the zip file
