pdf production that keeps hyperlinks

a problem (maybe) banal, to which I cannot find solution.

I have a dwg, in which by desire of the client, I inserted a large number of hyperlinks to photos.
here everything regular, pass on the hyperlink, you will find the connection simboletto, if you click with ctrl+click you will open the photo.

because I think it is very uncomfortable for the client to open autocad to view the links (and especially because then there are various layouts and hyperlinks do not extend to the layout views) I thought to produce a pdf that contained them.
tried in all ways, with acrobat full, with pdf creator plus (the trial), with dwg to pdf.
all perfect pdf but without the shadow of hyperlinks.

Has anyone ever found a solution?

In fact I downloaded the trial just reading that page, but nisba, hiperlink I miss the shadow.

does not depend on virtual printers, hyperlinks are supported only in dwf printing unfortunately.
only alternative would be to add them later with a pdf edit program.
even if you try to print in xps format and then open the file in the internet explorer you will see that hyperlinks are not recognized.
