hi, to do what you ask, you have to take advantage of the possibility to exclude "regions" of the sample command. the steps to follow are as follows:
- create sheet metal
- create a sketch and use the command "profile text" to create the writing with the desired font
- to make a hole of the desired ø
- make a sample of the hole to cover all the text
- in the sketch of the sampling include the text profile, with "wireframe tangent" option takes it all in just one click
- in the sampling options use the "sopprim regions" function and select the profile included
- use the reverse button to exclude elements outside the region

no, it's the text profile that needs to be done in a separate sketch, otherwise you can't use it to define the sampling region.
