Hello I have a problem in performing bends in loft.in practice I can bend but when I go to explain to the sheet the bending lines are not displayed.to make you understand better I will explain to you step by step my problem.
1 I must bend with this swallow profile"1" in "image3"
2 to make the loft I make a plane parallel to 50mm where I have to do the internal offset (of the rod) of es. 10mm, and here comes the first problem does not perform the offset but I must prolong the curves "1"
3naturally to execute the loft the profile must be continuous and without edges, so fitting the curves with a perimeter circle radius1, I clean the design by cutting the excess lines.
4 I make loft maa there are no traces of bending lines"5"
Maybe I'm wrong method but I don't know exactly what other roads you're taking. I'm doing the bending lines if I do the offset of the 2 curves without extending the lines and fitting the radius of 1 but the offset becomes too wide(image4).I don't know what to do I'd be immensely grateful if you give me a hand.thanks

......according to me first you should present yourself as message n°1, then specify the precise version and the sp of solidworks you are using.. . .

Hello and welcome!

I don't understand what you have to do but I did a test and it seems to me to work. . .
take a look at the file for the moment.. .
Let me know if you fixed it, bye.

Sorry I was thinking about presenting myself here as well as in "other disc..".cmq my name is an alessandro and I am 22 years old, I now started working as a designer for a company that produces sheet furniture and use sw11 sp0 64bit. bendingtoresolidworks excuses the question but the files should be put in the directory of sw?se si where?
ps:I don't know how to explain myself I have to create a sheet with swallow profile where on a plane parallel to the front (now es 70cm) I redesign the same profile only with a 5cm offset. with these 2 profiles I should run the loft.cmq bending command thanks for the answer! !

as you can see from the image the fold lines are 2 default....if you want 10 just write it. of course if the profile is well designed and in your case it is fine because it works... I'll attach the pictures of your file.
Solidworks files you can put them where you want, but I recommend you to make a separate folder and set the desired folder on the program. I'll give you another picture. .

I hope I helped you... If you need to ask!

7zip had disappeared all the file so I couldn't see the single file.cmq design I managed to make it myself, and it is composed of 3 folds. My broplem is that the central fold must be of the same radius both on the base and on the top.like the part I have made but if I explain it completely unrolls without being able to select the 3 different folds.
The only alternative I think is to make it with 2 separate sheets. ..thanks for the tip of the folder

solved by making a very small cut in each fold so you can see the fold line.thanks folder for help
