problem window layout

Good evening,

This morning I opened this autocad file and I find myself, in all layouts, this situation (photo1).
I've tried everywhere to fix things, I've been looking online... no.

I'll explain. I see in light gray the texts and the lines of the window and the scale seems to me "changed" (photo2) - in the sense that I usually hold 1:1 and every time I change it always returns like this.

If it happened to someone, can you explain why?

problem scale:
you did not save the printing settings in the drawing. once set click on "apply to layout"
the other problem you have not explained what is; to know what is a problem you need to know what should be the result.

based on what parameters?

maybe invest a bit of time to explain well what problems are, such as results to get and how you manage drawings
