problem with buttons f8 (orto) and f9 (grill)

I have this problem, when I'm drawing a line (or other) and I press these two keys the program hibernates for a few seconds, from management activity I see that the program requires a lot of cpu, then it resumes to work. This does not happen if I press the corresponding icons or ctrl+l etc..
I tried to reinstall both autocad and keyboard but nothing, both with the wifi keyboard and the one on the surface does the same problem. for me it could be a conflict with some f8 function of windows but I don't know where to go looking. This happens to me today when yesterday windows10 did some heavy update I think.
Any ideas?

Do you only do it with f8 and f9 or even with other f keys?

it seems to be (with f7 does not happen), but if I press f8/f9 when I do not draw it does not make 'no problem (low right it turns on or off the function regularly).

dovrebbe essere questo caso: windows 10 anniversary update breaks the f keys in autocadwaiting for patches, it worked to me.
