problems in conversion from cdr to dxf or dwg

Good morning.
I am not usually asking questions about the forums and I hope to have reset the right place to expose my problem since I am a new member.
for creating vector track use chorel draw x6.
I need to convert these tracks to dxf or dwg to give instructions to a waterjet machine with numerical control.
the problem that arises is that when I take the tracks and then I open them on autocad (use the 2010 version), the curves are actually broken while I need them to be real curves. the track obtained is a spline.
If I don't understand a thing about autocad, is there someone who kindly could give me step-by-step instructions to solve my problem?

good morning, I mean that the track indicates it to me as a spline, but the curves are composed of united lines that however form a broken (many small straight strokes joined together) instead of continuous parables.
for greater simplification I attach the details of a curve of the track both of corel, so you see the starting situation, that of autocad so you understand better the problem.

I think it's not solveable, autocad just read the dwg/dxf exported by corel. the problem therefore is of the latter that does not export as you would like.
alternative could be to export to some other format that then autocad can read and see if in that case the curves are correct as they serve you.

do you have any suggestions for any other format or do I just have to do some tests?

depends on what format the corel exports, you have to make attempts. look what matters autocad 2010 and see what exports corel.
