problems with file/folders solidworks 2020

Good morning to all, I presented myself in the appropriate section, I am a mechanical designer and for a few months I have passed from inventor to solidworks.
My problem is the following: I started with 2019, now I was upgraded to 2020.
with 2019 I had no problem, now with 2020, I create my files (both parts and assembling), and save them in the archive folders of my drawings. When I go to try to reopen them, in the folder where I saved them, as soon as I see the whole list of files, the program crashes. the same thing if I go to see the files in the folders with explore resources, after a few seconds when I see the list of files, it also explores resources crashes.
It seems almost, but I speak as a profane, who struggles to load the icons of the parts and/or assemblies, and fails to view them and crashes.
This only happens to me with files saved with 2020.
what could depend on? It's a big problem, 'cause I can't work anymore by not opening the files created. . .

I sent the report, in the meantime I will try to contact the assistance (the problem is that I work on a license of our partner in Belgium, and the assistance they have). We'll find a solution.

other questions to circumscribe the problem:
do files reside on the local pc?
you are using a sharing system (not necessarily for these files) type dropbox?
has the problem just installed 2020?
are there additional applications (routing, simulation, compose...)?
opening files without displaying them, for example through the recent list, is it?
opening a file done in 2019 will not crash, but if you then save it in 2020 will crash?
launching the file to explore resources, so with closed solidworks, what happens?

2 - no dropbox
3 - in the package is included visualize and composer. I tried to open one of the "encrypted" files with visualize and gives the same problem
4 - from the recent list I can open them.
5 - Yes, 2019 files open them, then if I save them with 2020, when I close them and then try to reopen them crashes
6 - it becomes difficult to manage even to launch them from explore resources with closed sw, because it really leaves me a few seconds before crashing there too. Anyway, I managed to open one, and it opens.
