quotation interrupted

Good morning.
I press that I searched on the forum but found nothing (maybe I used incorrect search filters :frown

Sometimes I have a problem in quotation, I would like to insert a quota (fresh + line + text of the quota) that however must be interrupted regarding the theoretical point from which to take the measure.

Now as I now use the trick to insert a note but it is not functional as if I change the part to the table does not update (rightly).

I attach an image to make you understand better, the quota I insert manually as text is the diameter 104.3

if you have the possibility to insert this quota into the model, even as a guided quota and then import it from the annotation. probably in the model you can quote it correctly.
Sometimes you can create the quota in another view and then drag it with ctrl on the desired view, but in this case there is a section and you can not do it.
