Why? if it is because you do not have it underhand just write -ucs autocad icon- or similar terms in google images and arm yourself with patience. or write to us that you will publish it as soon as you appear

the "cicciotta" icon is nothing but the image that the icon assumes depending on the view set.
in the display "wireframe" the icon appears as the one in the photo you posted on top.
if you choose a "realistic" view then the icon takes thickness and color.
benignly, if you draw in 2d it does not make sense to set a realistic or conceptual view. you choose the wireframe view.
with realistic or conceptual view draws in 3d, and at that point the icon is more visible and colored

You can try and give some command. first set the wireframe view from above.
then the command ucs choosing "global"
finally type ucsicon and set the value 1
the value 1 activates the icon (because you can also turn it off) and the force to remain displayed only in the lower left corner of the window or current layout, as in the photo you posted.
You probably set a view that is not wireframe.
