Hello, I have the following problem:
on a computer windows xp, service pack 3, use autocad 2010 along with a carpentry application (I don't know if I can say the name) that integrates with the autocad commands.
autocad has already installed the most recent service packs.
I recently passed to the ribbon bars that I find very useful, and this carpentry application adds to me three more ribbon bars as well as those that are present in autocad of defalut. These ribbon bars appear only if you open a dwg from the integrated environment of the carpentry program, otherwise, if I open autocad normally, or I open a design with autocad without going through the integrated environment, I fill the ribbons only of autocad.
this to make you understand the overview of the situation. . .
in practice this happens when I open the first drawing everything ok.
but when I go to open drawings from the second on, both from the integrated environment and from autocad, the three ribbons of the carpentry application disappear. to make them recompile I have to click again on the bottom right bar that displays the various working areas, and reload my work area that I saved when all ribbons were normally present. are two clicks, but doing it for every drawing I open becomes frustrating, especially when you have so many dwg to manage.
I have already contacted the provider of the program, tried to beat him with my computer using teamwiewer via remote connection, but he didn't fix anything!
So I thought I'd ask...
I'm not very experienced in working areas, toolbars and other things (I'm always afraid to mess up) so maybe if you ask me to check out some options I will do it and I will tell you....
Thank you.
edit: after taking a look around I saw that there are no (rightly...) problems to say the name of the programs! the application is the technometal
