Good morning

in the workshop are reviewing a group where are mounted of the rollercoaster micro rods with relative ralletta on which above is engraved the writing nordkapp.
from a research it seems to be a company absorbed years ago by the ina, the problem that that type of bearing so small the ina and skf do not want to know if someone knows some firms that make these micro bearings.
we have already set up to put ina only that the change creates some problems of clutter if you could find the originals would be better.

Thank you. I've been looking at misumi now, but nothing to do.
mine is an interior 8/12 x12 and also the ralla is 8/12 those ina start from diameter 10.
I think they're gone.

Maybe I didn't understand the type of bearing, but maybe we talk about the hk series skfs for the roller shutter?

Nadella? if they don't already have them in stock in Italy, wait and hope.

last week:
50 ralle nadella with hole 31 instead of 30 (at catalog, not special): delivery time 8 weeks except unexpected (practically in September).

customer with machine.
ergo, we've turned them back from k110 to vacuum tempering.
the withdrawal Monday from the treatment and in week another workshop me back rectified and lapped and ready to mount.

Nadella? if they don't already have them in stock in Italy, wait and hope.

It has always been that the nadella has 2 to 3 months on the supply of material. to me it happened a couple of years ago for eccentric rollers with attached prismatic guides. . However, it seems that in one way or another forcing the system then speed up the times.

atofras, have patience but you opened a lot of posts with the same questions... Wouldn't it be better that you first study a little and then open a post with an exercise and see what to do?

However ina and fag when they were separated made similar or equal products but fag cost less and were a little lower quality. skf cost the right and are of good quality. several emerging companies are making less standard products (special series of stables) and I would say that some are much better than skf. Just think that thk started by making linear guides first standard then special to very low friction, high duration, silent using the system "to cartilage between the turned bodies" and now it has expanded by making ralles and special bearings.

then it is true that many products are made physically by the same companies (Chinese...etc etc.) and are only branded differently.

therefore for the evaluation of the good or bad bearing, use catalog and get made estimate costs.
