save image in scale contained in a .dxf file

I have a .dxf file of the logo of the already scaled country region (it must be of a certain size).
How could I do to extract from the .dxf file a .jpg file of the logo image (with the same scale used in autocad)?

I don't know how to use autocad at all but I can try.

the measures in pdf come out simply from the press 1:1 made of the .dwg file.
when the mold, if I go to measure the share of 86 mm I pick type 82 mm (with the line to tell us).
