proven: decent for simple objects (which does not mean "productive" in the sense of speed and reliability), hoops with complex models and assemblies. not for nothing is a release 0.x.

I do not understand however the difficulty for a serious company to invest 1000-3000€ in an economic but professional cad like alibre or spaceclaim, some that is the business tour. Bad sign.. .

It seems to me to review the reality of a company where I worked (...for 6 months after which I left) 12 years ago about where acad14lt was used only to tribulate and not to draw and when the ingenuity that followed the fall in one of the many meetings proposed to change cad, pc and anyway system of work of the ut the "rise behind" telling him that there was no money to invest at the moment. in fact they had invested them to remake the offices upstairs of the commercials.

yes, situation also lived by me through various clients.
Unfortunately it is an index of a certain cultural "mercy": we take for example alibre (just to quote a cad with which no technical or commercial relationship), a version more than decent costs 1000€ considering a fiscal pressure approximately 50%, means to weigh on the company's cash registers of only 500€! a company that cannot invest 500€ also had a turnover of only 50k € is really bad.. .

In fact I agree with you, for a company to invest in a cad so as to leave and see if it is the right road (which at the end is just point), I do not think that in case of failure of the investment the company is put on knees. .
but as you say it is an index of cultural misery.

returning to the cad free speech, I tried freecad but did not find it very interesting.
for my way of using the cad is very complex and "disordered".

do you have alternative cads to suggest and turn on windows?
