I guess you're referring to the sketchy environment. . .

you have to remove the snap to the point: deselect the icon at the top right representing a grid with a cross,
if you don't find the icon you need to activate it, go to the menu\view\barre of the tools\struments of the sketcher (check mark).

or, in the menu go to tools\mechanical design\sketcher\snap at the point (check it), in that window you can also set the step grid.
