sheet file does not develop

hi attached file ipt (inventor 2016) of sheet but does not develop because the face with 4 holes is not from 4mm but 3,99.
How to solve? Does anyone know how to rebuild the charged fold?

in "default sheet values"put the right value of thickness and radius fold
then go into model and thicken with thickness=thickness, return to the sheet environment and finally make the flat model.
when you create a particular sheet from a solid derivative, you must always pay attention to how it was created, otherwise you cannot develop
