I can't draw the teeth of a toothed wheel, having no dedicated additional package. the main problem is that the customer asks me a wheel with a pressure angle of 30°, which not even from the sites like "traceparts" I found nothing with this characteristic.

The wheel I need must be:

normally it is true. but this wheel I have to build it in sheet metal, so the thief wants the exact profile of the wheel to perform nesting.

try with this macro, but before sending it to the supplier verify that the profile is really as you need and not an approximation of circle arches.

I found in my archive this "program" that creates a dxf 2d. It approximates the evolution in segments, and it seems to me it is possible to define also the fineness of these segments, to approach more 'the evolved theoretical.
