utocad blocks in drawing environment

Hello, I have a problem with the autocad blocks.I am in the design environment(.dwg) of inventor and I have inserted a block of autocad,I would like this block however could be bound to other things in the design.I better explain:I have a plant and I would like to bind the building(autocad block) to a precise point of the plant but I can not do it,any knows how to tell me how to proceed? Thank you.

I would put autocad block in a sketch in the model and I can bind them precisely with what I need.

After that, in the design environment I would go to see also the above sketch.

Then, if the sketch of the building is a permanent thing where you go to insert the view of your plant, you can bind the block to the edge by editing it, or choose the view that interests you, do a sketch on that, you will project the geometries of the case, then insert and restrain your block.

I forgot to point out that I wrote it in idw environment with inventor.
Otherwise open the inventor's dwg with autocad, insert the lock and place it with snap and push-wheel commands.. .
