If I can give you some advice: talk in the company and look for a good training course on molding and mold design.

It's a great investment and it'll make you jump in quality.

at the limit even a good text could help you, but you have to have a way to study it well.

You're right, but the reason is that because of other impellments I put this project to the side. I would have consulted you then to know what could be the right arrangement of the canals of the bat if you wanted to make the mold with two (or four)cavity.

for such a large and thin piece I would make more injection points from the inside, to make more prints you always need a third plate from which to get carrots to the center of the rings and from here do small mats with injection points.

no, the same system I suggested to open the souls that make holes.
I don't know if you applied it.
if you have a good game to put in between those the matarozza, then with a carrot go to feed a second matarozza between fixed and mobile from where you feed the piece

I understand, but I never used this system. what is not clear to me is how I extract the "first matarozza", the one that connects the carrots. plate with springs?

Do you have any examples to show me?
