Since when you save a set as part all the properties of the cutter are lost because each element becomes an imported body without history I think the only way is to make the selection boxes.

right pulsabte on the cutting table in part environment, at the bottom of the context menu you will find this entry that creates a dense 3d pane around each individual body and automatically compile the properties of the distinct with the measures of that pane.
if you expand one of the separate folders you will find a 3d sketch called contour box
