wrong detail?

Recently I was told to reproduce the attached design, a locking equipment for turning and milling, a doubt that protrudes me is the particular 5, which from the text seems a bushing, but does not come back because of the sampling.

What's wrong with sampling? do you think the bushings have a specific sampling?

is an incomplete design, in fact lacks the view of section c (which must be somewhere), lacks a view in the plant (which may not be in your text)
the two threaded holes in the upper section where are they?
component 5 could be a half shell that serves to close the tool; in the section to it is seen that the upper part has a slightly staggered hold compared to the lower one.

always looking at section to component 6 should be divided into 2 half having the opposite section; this would make use of the assumption that the main body is also divided into 2 and therefore composed of component 1 (lower) and component 5 (superior).
the two upper threaded holes could serve for lifting.

I have to produce a 3d and explain in operation, the only thing that was not explained was the 5. I at first thought it was wrong the arrow, but now reading the comments, I convinced myself.
