(autosez 2) soil sections and profiles - automatic extraction

on the dwg you posted lacks the as-legend text style that should be created automatically from the program, try to create it you and see if it works.
how you can directly charge applications when you start autocad, without using it every time _appload
insert it into the content of the appload start group

ok worked with text style added manually! Thank you very much;)

for _appload I had added the content to the start group, but try again

compliments to gp, excellent utility of easy and quick use, of course you should follow the usual practices of loading these applications in compliance with what indicated by the help. I lost a lot more time reading all this thread than to carefully consult the help. Obviously problems arise in the presence of continuity solutions, no software, if not correctly set, will give satisfactory results. if (as unfortunately seen do) they leave active, in addition to the points of the ground, even those of the plans of the building, the final result will be that to find a beautiful hill in the middle of the plateau. hello gp and thank you for everything. :

could you add to the lisp a utility (or rather ..inserirla as standard procedure) that moves the writings that overlap?
If there were any financial contributions to development, I would be available.

I'm gonna piss him off.

not trivial, but feasible.
thanks for the proposal of contribution, but for business commitments I do not have more time to plan, if not for fast things and... appetizing.

Good evening,
about autosez_2 I have a couple of questions:
- how do I solve the problem that starting the tool will disable all snaps?
- having only a cloud of points (not many, 400 ca.) can you get a profile without these being connected by lines or polylines?

Thank you.
greetings

I try to answer for what I know:
- snaps can be reactivated easily with f3 and selecting those that are already active before disabling;
- I don't think the lisp works with the cloud of points (unless the points are connected by a polyline/line/3dpoli, but I think it's a difficult thing to do).
to generate profiles from a cloud of points you can work with other programs like cloudcompare from where you extract the section in 2d and then from that you generate, with the lisp autosez, the profile with fincatures.

for the first I think you happen because the program stops before completing the operations.
for the second... with 400 points I don't think you have a "fly", rather than a quoted plan.
If so, having "points", you can create a dtm with the program that you can download qui, then create profile with autosez

good morning, I use autosez2 for a long time with excellent results, but today I find myself in front of a situation to which I cannot find a solution.
I have a dtm consisting of 3d faces, usually to extrapolate a profile I have to draw a "line" element and then autosez2 creates the profile. Unfortunately, I cannot now use a simple line because the profile to be created makes curves (even at 90°), so I have to create a profile from a polynea or 3dpole, however it is not an option (if I am not mistaken something) contemplated in autosez2.
I read in the forum (draw a board profile on a plot consisting of 3dface) that I can use the lisp 3df_vers2 but I match the error message "no function definition vlax-ename- vla-object".
I also tried prof3df but (maybe mistaken) it serves to create 3d faces and not the 3d face profile.
Therefore I ask you if I am wrong in using autosez2, or is there a way to get a profile (which does not go from point to point b, but continues for many other points) from 3d entities crossed by a polyline? thanks to all

you can convert 3d faces to mesh (_meshsmooth) and then make several sections (_section) for each broken.
at the end you will only need to manually connect the parts where the section folds.

I thank you but it would be too "macchinoso", otherwise I could have divided the 3d polylines into single lines and make the individual profiles and then join them (and remake the fincatures once joined). .
I solved by converting from a friend the 3d polylines drawn into other polylinee3d but with the vertices on each intersection with 3d faces so then I used the autosez lisp.
I will certainly not be able to call the friend every time, so I am still looking for an alternative solution.. .also find a lisp that generates "x" vertices at every intersection of polylinea with faces 3d...
Thank you @lattu per la risposta.

Unfortunately the discussion has become long, but having time for leggerla...
thank you gp, unfortunately as I anticipated in my message just above, I read of the lisp that you indicated but I don't know why (maybe I'm wrong the procedure?) but I can't use it, otherwise I'm sure it would certainly facilitate me the operations. . .

...I read about the lisp you indicated to me but I don't know why (maybe I'm wrong with the procedure?) but I can't use it. . .
I had escaped. . .

that lisp creates, above the selected polylinea, a 3dpoly spread over the 3dfaces, which can be selected as input for the creation of the cart.
eye that the reference share must be higher than the minimum zeta of 3dpoly.
