and this is indicative of the situation....I misunderstood myself... when the boys who were there had resigned and we were hired to replace them.
the boys who were there before us were there for max 2 years

on old products that are still very popular todaybut a curiosity, but a company of that level with a ut in the conditions you describe but how it does to have orders and customers and to move forward... .
Sabina, look forward.. you're wasting time! Happy new job! with capital.. .on old products that are still very popular today
And worse: eek:on old products that are still very popular today
It's not said you have to leave the automotive field... You must leave the company!you have confirmed what I already thought...it is time to look around me and try better (hopefully).
I already had a half idea to leave the automotive field
welcome to Italy, where often this unfortunately happens. I understand you a lot and I take back my case,29 years, always abandoned to myself that "elemosino" information of here and the menomal that there is internet (and some editor with good white hair and good will). I'm the only designer in the company, apart from my manager who, despite being a carpentry genius, comes out from that area falls from the clouds... from us, just to make you two laughs, the training is the next phase to the error (wrong and learn if you don't learn and sometimes you don't know why things are). ..just for that reason I am sincerely beginning to believe to enter areas where everything is disciplined and the massive presence of technical regulations and/or the fact of easily finding a huge amount of in-depth information online fills the gap of a bad person responsible (type lift and transport systems, electric motors, actuators, gears and gears etc.). with "bad" of course I don't necessarily mean unprepared... but I don't feel like giving you this advice because there are so many beautiful realities in yours and in all other sectors... I unfortunately have a little tired of playing with statistics and going to trust :roflmao: :roflmao:Good evening to all,
I open this post to vent a bit and maybe have advice from who is older than me and has more experience.
I work in a company that produces automotive components as a designer in particular for dealing with r&d prototypes to test for new applications or optimizations of existing ones.
work in this company for 1 year and a half (I am 28 years old and practically is my first experience as a real designer), during this period everything I planned and project is practically not supervised by anyone
the technical manager as well as wanting to know the timing, I don't recommend anything or maybe direct myself... Given his experience of almost 20 years in the company I would expect a routing or even dicks for the baggianate that I do (and I did several) but nothing.
It is true that wrong is the best way to learn but then the blind speaks to me of productivity, that I do not bill, that they are just a weight for the company and waste money for wrong projects on departure.
is so in the entire technical office... there is no senior figure besides the manager who can give advice (I am the one with more seniority in this company).
I feel a little left to myself without supervision. ...I could also design a 15mm pin that must enter a 5mm hole and no one would notice it until the prototype assembly.
I don't say I check everything I do but a check should be there? essentially they are a junior figure
Excuse me.
sabina
I am sorry but it is not possible to cancel the discussion.thanks to all for the advice, I will look around a little though it is not exactly the ideal period.
I ask, if feasible, to delete this discussion for a matter of privacy and I would not like to be traced perhaps by a colleague who follows this forum.
Although I don't think it's a big problem, unless he's the same manager.thanks to all for the advice, I will look around a little though it is not exactly the ideal period.

post #7, take a whistle to Roman lightning.I'll look around a bit even though it's not exactly the ideal period
I don't know. She could always make her life in the office worse than she already is.But even in that case I don't think there's this big relationship to save. . .
a person with that attitude of superiority I do not think take into account the judgments of othersPerhaps it would be good for him to read certain reviews about his behavior, especially by people who recognize his own role but have a very different behaviour.
What do you want to hear from the forum?Today I have re-made this to the head of the company... responded in brief "so you have more responsibility on your shoulders and grow professionally".
has many more years of you spent creating a question-response table for the most frequently asked questions. There are so many to do that. You're never gonna spill it.Today I have re-made this to the head of the company... responded in brief "so you have more responsibility on your shoulders and grow professionally".
